POINTS BALANCE CAN BE VIEWED ON YOUR LAST PURCHASE RECEIPT ISSUED INSTORE, BY PHONING THE STORE ON PH 52430222 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-5PM WEEKDAYS OR BY EMAIL Customer Service (YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOUR FIRST NAME, LAST NAME AND BARCODE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR LOYALTY CARD.)

Terms & Conditions:

  • Get 1 point for every $1 you spend instore or online.
  • For every 100 points* your earn, get $5 to spend**.
  • You earn the points in one transaction, then spend them on your next, but you must earn a minimum of 100 points before you can use them.
  • Points can only be allocated to your account profile if you bring your loyalty card in to the store and have the barcode on the back of your loyalty card scanned at the time you purchase items. 
  • For earning points when you make a purchase online you must be logged in using the same email address, first name and last name as issued by you when you signed up to the loyalty program.
  • When your points have been spent, they reduce by the amount you have used.
  • If you lose your loyalty card, please visit the store during the hours of 9am-5pm weekdays where you will be required to show proof of identity (must be photo ID) to obtain a replacement loyalty card. 
  • Purple Cow reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time.
  • Loyalty points will not be allocated to purchases of sale items.
